Welcome to Advise-me.ai (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Advise-me.ai website and application (collectively, the “Service”).
Advise-me.ai is a platform that enables users to engage with a group of AI personas with unique personalities, expertise, and styles for discussions and conversations.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
Eligibility
To use our Service, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
User Accounts
Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use “strong” passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters) with your account.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to disable any user account if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms.
Content and Conduct
User Content
The Service may allow you to create, upload, post, send, receive, and store content (“User Content”). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you create, upload, post, send, receive, or store.
License to User Content
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and improving the Service.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited uses and conduct include, but are not limited to:
- Uploading, posting, or transmitting content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, or otherwise objectionable, including any content related to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts
- Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Using the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
- Automated or systematic data collection without our consent
AI Conversations
The AI personas available through our Service are computational models designed to simulate conversations. They do not represent actual people or entities. The responses generated by these models are based on patterns and relationships learned from data and should not be considered as expert advice or opinion.
Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Advise-me.ai and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Arab Emirates and foreign countries.
Use of Our Intellectual Property
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Advise-me.ai.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. ADVISE-ME.AI AND ITS SUPPLIERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
ADVISE-ME.AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ADVISE-ME.AI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY:
- ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT;
- PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE;
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS OR OF ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION;
- INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE;
- BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY;
- LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Advise-me.ai, its parent company, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Service;
- Your violation of any term of these Terms;
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
- Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.
Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time with or without notice to you, and we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using this Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Child Safety Standards
Our Commitment to Child Safety
Advise-me.ai is committed to providing a safe environment for all users and maintaining the highest standards of child safety. We strictly prohibit any content, conduct, or behavior related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). The following are strictly prohibited on our Service:
- Any visual depiction involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct (CSAM)
- Content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children
- Grooming, sextorting, or trafficking of a child for sexual purposes
- Any other conduct that sexually exploits a child
- Content that sexualizes minors or facilitates child endangerment
Reporting Mechanism
We provide an in-app mechanism for users to report concerns, inappropriate content, or violations of our child safety policies. If you encounter any content or behavior that violates these standards, please report it immediately through:

Our Response to CSAM
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM on our platform, we will:
- Immediately remove the content from our platform
- Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant authorities as required by law
- Permanently ban the account associated with the violation
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
- Take any additional actions required by applicable laws and regulations
Compliance with Child Safety Laws
Advise-me.ai complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- U.S. federal laws regarding child protection and CSAM reporting
- International laws and regulations pertaining to child safety
- Requirements to maintain processes for identifying and reporting CSAM
- Regional authority reporting requirements as applicable

User Responsibilities
All users must comply with these Child Safety Standards. By using our Service, you agree that you will not:
- Upload, post, transmit, or share any content related to CSAM or CSAE
- Engage in any behavior that exploits, abuses, or endangers children
- Use the Service to facilitate child endangerment in any form
- Attempt to circumvent our child safety measures or reporting mechanisms
Violation of these Child Safety Standards will result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). Any such dispute shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Advise-me.ai regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
